The Santa Teresa Surf Association, in collaboration with BAC, is hosting the “Expression Session” event on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Banana Beach, Santa Teresa. This free event invites the community to celebrate surfing and embrace the motto “Because Surfing is Life.”

In June 2024, the Surf National Circuit LAFISE held its third event in Santa Teresa with the Billabong Pro competition, drawing up to 140 participants from eight countries. Local surfers like Sebas Schneider and Dencell Reyes secured top spots, showcasing the region’s talent.
More recently, the Denga Classic Surf Contest at Banana Beach Bar & Restaurant brought an electric atmosphere with live music and stunning sunset views.
