A heartfelt thank you to Sofía and Emilya — your attentiveness to our vision, and your calm confidence on the big day made all the difference. You lifted the logistics off our shoulders so we could simply soak in the moment.

And to the team at Banana Beach Club: what a venue! The Playa Santa Teresa backdrop, the golden light, the gentle ocean breeze — all of it blended seamlessly with the happiness and energy of our celebration.

Our wedding was everything we’d hoped for and more. It was a true success because we felt free to be ourselves and truly present.

Sofia and Emilya made our dream wedding come true. It was an intimate ceremony, just the two of us, surrounded by the ocean and the breeze of Santa Teresa. Their support was impeccable. To the entire Banana Beach Club team: thank you for welcoming us into this paradise. The location couldn’t be more magical — the beach, the sunset, the serenity. Everything aligned to make our day truly unique. It was an absolute success for us. Not just a wedding, but an unforgettable memory.

We absolutely adored the Banana Beach wedding coordination team! We had actually been to Banana Beach before and loved the energy so we knew it would be a great place to have a wedding.

The pre-wedding planning was made extremely easy with the help of Emilya and Sofia, who talked with us and laid out all options for the ceremony, such as flowers, decorations, cake, photography, and the officiant. They scheduled everything which made wedding planning a breeze.

We stayed in the Banana Beach bungalows which made the wedding day so much less stressful as we could get ready just a 5 minute walk from where the ceremony happened.

We were completely blown away by how gorgeous the decorations were. It was above and beyond what we had expected.

After the ceremony, we took pictures as bride and groom on the beach, and by the time we returned to the ceremony area, it had been converted to the dining table for our dinner.

The table was set up beautifully – one detail that I absolutely loved and was not expecting was a custom printed dinner menu with our names on it. What a great keepsake and how thoughtful!

The food was incredible and we got to watch the sunset from our dinner table.

Anything I needed, Sofia was right there and made it happen.

I wish I could relive this day over and over! Thank you so much Banana Beach! You will forever be one of our favorite places! ❤️

Getting married at banana beach was everything we could have asked for and more. Thanks to our incredible wedding coordinator Catalina who worked at banana beach, the process was easy and effortless, I was probably the least stressed out bride in history! Catalina took care of absolutely everything before the wedding and despite the fact I barely had to do anything, everything about the finer details of the wedding was perfect. On the day, Catalina was incredibly quick thinking and proactive when I lost my plug for my hair curlers just an hour before the ceremony, and also when it started torrentially raining 10 minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle! The flowers and venue were stunning, the photographer and videographer were professional and super friendly, and the food and drinks were incredible. I would recommend banana beach to anyone, either as a super affordable but beautiful and romantic option for eloping like we did, or for a larger scale wedding. We would love to come back in the future and celebrate our anniversary, perhaps with some of our wedding guests! Definitely 5 stars, thank you!!!

I cant say enough good things about getting married in Banana Beach!! I am Costarrican but live in the US and was having a hard time finding the perfect beach wedding venue in Costa Rica that would fit all of our friends and family and also let us party till later in evening since CR has a noise ordinance law to end outdoor events at 10pm. We knew we wanted to get married in Santa Teresa so when I emailed Banana Beach, I was thrilled that their wedding package includes almost everything (food, drinks, decoration, some fun entertainment and bonfire) , and since we live out of the country it made it sooo easy, not only were they super easy to work with for the actual wedding day, they were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and activities for our 123 guests. Toto was the main person helping me along the way with everyones lodging and transportation, and he went above and beyond out of his way to make sure everyone was safe and on time. The location and lodging was perfect for a large wedding, they had so many options to offer within 1-2 minute walk from each other. The wedding day was a dream, everything was perfect the decoration was so well made and thought out, the food and drinks were amazing, everyone kept coming up to us and telling us it was the best filet mignon and fish filet they had ever had.

We planned our wedding in Costa Rica with Banana Beach Weddings and had most of the time contact with Danielle. From the beginning till the end they where there for us all the time, answered all our questions and tried everything to make our stay and wedding pretty perfect. I was worried that I need to know exactly what I want for the wedding (like flowers, chairs, food etc) but I didn‘t had to say much because Danielle did exactly knew what kind of wedding I‘am expecting and what I need and want.

There are not enough stars to describe how amazing my wedding was with banana beach weddings. The wedding itself was soooo much more than we expected and we were so blown away with how great the whole night was. The flowers and decorations were so amazing, we would have never been able to do all of this at home in the states. Everyone of my friends and family talk about how we wish we could relive it again already!!

I was supposed to get married in my country but when I saw banana beach and the team there and felt the vibe – I just changed all the plans and I decided to get married there . Had the time of my life ! Best experience , the food was delicious they made a spaicel manu and they made a fire show as a gift . The place was designed like a fairy tale . Highly recommend to get married there Emilya the owner is the most helpful women ever . And I want to thank her here so much . Thank you all for making my dream come true . Pura vida

We had our dream wedding at Banana beach! Where do I begin, the location, the food, the team…everyone and everything was amazing here and really made us feel like family on our special day and the weeks leading up to it.
